My biggest win from using Nichola as a Xero trainer within my business was that I knew all my Xero clients had their Xero Software configured correctly and had professional training in using it. She followed up with queries, all clients used the software to the maximum including bank rules, the Xero document uploads and many other features. This meant that when it came to tax time the client files were clean, the data reliable, the Balance Sheet reconciled and I could proceed to the business advisory and tax minimisation for the client with confidence that the data was accurate.
